Product Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Operations Analyst to join our Business team and help monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of our cloud services and customer experience In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring cloud services, analyzing customer usage and service status, validating billing and usage reports, reviewing service health across portals and consoles, and identifying and following up on operational issues and product inconsistencies This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Customer Experience, and plays an important role in maintaining service reliability and improving user experience

 Monitor and analyze cloud services performance and operational status 

 Analyze customer usage patterns and service consumption 

 Validate billing, usage reports, and operational data 

 Review dashboards and management panels to identify issues and inconsistencies 

 Prepare operational and product analysis reports 

 Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Support teams to improve service quality 

 Strong analytical and data-driven mindset 

 High attention to detail and sense of responsibility 

 Familiarity with cloud concepts and infrastructure services 

 Ability to work with dashboards and monitoring tools 

 Problem-solving and follow-up skills 

 Good communication and cross-team collaboration
